Schedule of Pharmaceutical Benefits - 1 October 2018 update
1 October 2018 - The October 2018 issue of the Schedule of Pharmaceutical Benefits is out and now in effect.
The October issue of the Schedule includes a number of new/revised listings:
- Budesonide with eformoterol fumarate dihydrate (DuoResp Spiromax/Symbicort Turbuhaler) - restriction change
- Lumacaftor with ivacaftor (Orkambi) - new combination product
- Lumacaftor with ivacaftor (Orkambi) - new indication
- Obinutuzumab (Gazyva) - new indication
- Paper wasp venom (Hymenoptera Paper Wasp Venom) - new formulation
- Yellow Jacket venom (Hymenoptera Yellow Jacket Venom) - new formulation
