• Idelalisib (Zydelig) - new medicine
  
• Omalizumab (Xolair) - new indication
  
• Pegvisomant (Somavert) - new medicine
  
• Usetekinumab (Stelara) - new indication
  
• Vemurafenib (Zelboraf) - restriction change
