Solutions for the future: a new medicines landscape
30 June 2020 - Medicines New Zealand has just released the 2019/2020 edition of its annual publication New Zealand’s Medicines Landscape which shows that the current medicines funding model, whilst not broken, is no longer fit for purpose.
As a result New Zealanders are missing out on publicly funded treatments that are available as standard of care overseas in countries with comparable health systems and economic status.
