Success rate for marketing authorisation applications from SMEs doubles between 2016 and 2020
28 June 2021 - EMA has published today a report highlighting the Agency’s support for micro, small and medium sized enterprises which develop and market medicines for human or veterinary use in the European Union.
The report covers the period from 2016 to 2020.
Since 2016, the success rate of marketing authorisation applications for human medicines submitted by micro, small and medium sized enterprises has more than doubled.
