26 April 2016 - 69 submissions were considered at the March 2016 PBAC meeting. All bar one were prepared and lodged by the pharmaceutical industry.

65 of the 69 submissions were for a medicine and 4 were for a medicinal preparation (nutritional supplement/blood glucose indicator strip).

The 69 submissions yielded 104 outcomes; 73 (70%) recommendations, 26 (25%) rejections and 5 (5%) deferrals.
