The European Medicines Agency and the Netherlands agree on Seat Agreement
24 April 2018 - Important step in relocation of EMA from London to Amsterdam.
The EMA and the Netherlands have finalised the text of a Seat Agreement which describes how the Agency, its bodies and its employees will be treated by the Dutch GovernmentExternal link icon once they start operating in the Netherlands.
On Friday, 13 April, the Dutch Council of Ministers agreed to sign the document.
