Thousands to benefit from five minute breast cancer treatment
6 April 2021 - NHS England is rolling out an injection that dramatically cuts the amount of time breast cancer patients spend in hospital from two and a half hours to as little as five minutes across the country, following a deal with its manufacturer Roche.
Phesgo is a new fixed dose combination of pertuzumab with trastuzumab that previously would have been given as separate IV infusions.
