TLV believes that the requirements for evidence in new EU legislation must be strengthened
9 October 2023 - The European Commission's proposal for a new regulation and directive has a decisive impact on the quality of applications for price and subsidy for medicines that the Dental Health and Medicines Benefit Agency, TLV, decides on.
In a consultation response to the Ministry of Social Affairs, TLV believes that although the commission's approach is ambitious, there are many areas where the writings can be strengthened to have a better effect.
