22 June 2020 - To alert policy makers early about emerging health technologies that could significantly impact the healthcare system at the clinical, financial and organisational levels, the Agency for Care Effectiveness in Singapore established a horizon scanning system in 2019. 

This paper describes the development of the Agency for Care Effectiveness horizon scanning system and showcases its application with cell and gene therapy products as the first example.
