Trifluridine with tipiracil hydrochloride in combination with bevacizumab for the treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer after two systemic treatments

NICE

6 June 2024 - The Department of Health and Social Care has asked the NICE to produce guidance on the use of trifluridine with tipiracil hydrochloride in combination with bevacizumab in the NHS in England.

For the time being, trifluridine with tipiracil hydrochloride with bevacizumab is not recommended for the treatment of adults with metastatic colorectal cancer who have had two lines of treatment (including fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin and irinotecan-based chemotherapies, anti-vascular endothelial growth factor or anti-epidermal growth factor receptor treatments).
