Trump vaccine executive order raises questions after Pfizer offer declined

9 December 2020 - The chief scientific adviser for the Trump administration's coronavirus vaccine program on Tuesday said that he did not know anything about an executive order on vaccines President Donald Trump planned to sign that day.

Moncef Slaoui, the adviser to the vaccine initiative, dubbed "Operation Warp Speed," said in an interview on "Good Morning America" that he was "staying out of this."
