Trump’s 2021 budget request seeks modest funding increase for FDA

10 February 2020 - The Trump administration on Monday unveiled its FY 2021 budget proposal, seeking a 10% reduction in overall funding for the Department of Health and Human Services, but a slight increase in funding for the US FDA.

For FDA, the budget requests $6.2 billion overall, including $3.3 billion in discretionary budget authority and $2.9 billion in user fees.
