United’s withdrawal from exchanges - much ado about the wrong things?

27 July 2016 - United Healthcare's exit from most insurance exchanges in which it had been participating isn't a death knell for the ACA.

It will meaningfully reduce insurance competition in some markets, and it highlights the challenges of maintaining insurer competition as a policy priority.
