Update of PBS forms and procedure guidance for listing medicines on the PBS
3 October 2019 - The Procedure Guidance for listing medicines on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme was updated on 3 October to integrate the new processes that were effective from 1 July 2019. Key sections updated include:
- Section 4.4 - Cost recovery
- Section 4.5 - Pre-submission meetings
- Section 5.1 - Intent to apply form
- Section 8 - Procedures for a positive recommendation to list
The following forms have been updated to reflect the Department’s requirements to submit forms electronically:
- Application Form for Pre-submission Services
- Application Form for Submission Services
- Application Form for Pricing Services
- Application Form for List Management Services
