1 September 2022 - In the debate on the drug pricing provisions contained in the Inflation Reduction Act, critics call the Government mandated process “price controls.” 

Specifically, they’re referring to the relatively small number of drugs that will be selected for price negotiation with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
