4 May 2022 - Zolgensma has the great honour of being the first medicine listed on the PBS with a dispensed price for the maximum quantity over $1 million.

Onasemnogene abeparvovec (Zolgensma) was listed in the PBS on Sunday with flat pricing; $2,527,773.87/8.3 mL solution (1-8 vial packs). These are public hospital prices; there is no private hospital price.

Of course, a special pricing arrangement applies.
