TGA investigating Pfizer jabs for children over 12

7 June 2021 - Australia’s medical regulator is considering allowing children over the age of 12 to be vaccinated with Pfizer.

The country’s Chief Medical Officer confirmed the TGA has received a proposal from the pharmaceutical giant that has also gone to medical regulators around the world on the safety and efficacy of their vaccine for the 12 to 15 year age group.
