TLV has decided on a policy for patient participation
21 February 2020 - TLV has taken another step in developing patient participation by developing a policy.
The policy clarifies the authority's position on patient participation and becomes an important tool in the continued work.
"As newly appointed director general, I am pleased that patient participation is already a priority issue at TLV. An open dialogue with patient representatives creates a better understanding of TLV about what it is like to live with a certain disease and how patients experience visits to pharmacies or dental treatments," says Agneta Karlsson, director general of TLV.
